How to Register
As an Athlete As a Volunteer
To register with Special Olympics BC Burnaby you will need to complete the following:

• athlete medical form which could be downloaded and printed off here
• send a $25 cash or cheque payable to "Special Olympics BC Burnaby"

Please mail the completed medical form and payment to:

Once registered, our database records will be updated and an email will be sent to your program coach(es) who will then contact you.

Please note you are also required to provide a copy of your athlete medical form to all your program coach(es) on the first practice in order to participate.

First time registrants will also be required to fill out the athlete registration form to get registered into the Special Olympics Provincial Office's database. The registration form can be downloaded HERE. Please fill it in completely and mail it to the above address.
